The scope covered full interior fit-out works across a sensitive, care focused environment, completed to the standard and compliance requirements expected in specialist aged care settings. Working within a live residential facility, our team carefully managed all works to ensure zero disruption to residents and staff throughout the project. The result is a warm, functional space designed to support people living with dementia in a safe, home-like environment.
A complete refurbishment of a mental health facility at Macquarie Hospital, NSW, delivered on a 3-month program for HammondCare. Tight schedule, tight budget, finished on time. Works included a full internal refurbishment across clinical and patient areas, carried out within a live operational environment with zero disruption to patient care. Our team coordinated all trades and resources carefully to meet the critical deadline while maintaining the strict safety, hygiene, and compliance standards required in an active mental health setting.
Refurbishment and upgrade works across dementia specific residential cottages at HammondCare Southwood, Hammondville NSW. The Southwood campus consists of self-contained cottages purpose-built for residents living with dementia, including a Special Care Unit, one of only two such facilities in New South Wales. Our scope covered refurbishment and upgrade works designed to maintain the warm, domestic feel of the environment while meeting strict compliance and care standards.
